St. Vector's Academy for Supernatural Beings
Founded by St. Vector Jameson in 1402
St. Vec's is a beautiful building, built like a castle. It was built by St. Vector Jameson. He was a necromancer in his youth. He built this academy for all beings with other wordly powers or supernatural beings to come together in an environment where they could grow and learn together and come into their powers with guidance from more experinced beings.
Students are accepted at this academy at any age, as long as they have come into their powers. Beings such as vampires and werewolves are accepted the moment they get turned. This tradition has been going on since the school was officially up and running.
Now, it is 2020 and the school is prospering. Students get along well enough, according to Headmaster Justin Key Westley. It's filled with normal high school drama, teenage angst, and all that good stuff. Recently, the teacher of Vampire Studies was lost to sunlight so Headmaster Westley hired on a highly recomended vampire. Although this vampire was a rumored schizophrenic, he was spoken of very highly. His name was Lord Byron Proulx III.
The school year was going well. As well as could be expected when you had a wide array of ages inside one huge castle. It was a typical high school setting with younger kids thrown in together. However, toward the end of September, something happened. There was a body of a 10 year old shape-shifter left inside of Headmaster Westley's office. After a few checks on the body by Nurse Sigmund, it was determined that the child was killed by a vampire. The only vampires that would even fathom feeding on someone inside the school were Rayne Tyler and Lord Byron Proulx III.
Both were immediately put under watch but Rayne was cleared hours later by Nurse Sigmund who found no trace of fresh blood in his system for a few days. Lord Byron refused to take the exam because he fed on people every other day. A few days later, some students came into the Headmaster's office, sobbing about seeing pale figures in the village eating one of the shop keepers.
Byron had been under close watch while this was going on so he was put on probation, still being closely watched by Headmaster Westley. He, and the other teachers, have been trying to keep the pretense of nothing being wrong.
Who is killing students? Why? What could they want?
Will you be killed?
Or will you just go on with your life like nobody's business? Many students have done just that. What will you do?
