the pokemon portion will be based highly on application quality. Writing quality(spelling, grammar), creativity, clarity and how in depth it is will all be judged. If your app is excellently written, goes into detail, paints a perfect image of your character, and is a bit out of the ordinary without being ridiculous, you are very likely to get the pokemon you want.
