Julius told his sister for years that he was a pokemon forest ranger, but he is truly a rising leader of a group that he started in Johto secretly that has been causing trouble. Experimenting on pokemon evolution and trying to stop poachers while at the same time stealing things to keep the operations afloat, he sends pokemon that he is done with to his sister so that she can have someone to have around her. Keeping away from her, he cares deeply for his sister and doesn't want her getting mixed up in the mess that he is in. Julius isn't afraid to speak his mind. But he blames the police, poachers, and half the world for his father's death and for the fact that his sister never truly smiles. Plans on one day burning down the entire forest around Azalea town no matter the cost.

Lunakov has a russian accent. her father died when she was a little girl by poachers on the same night that the poachers killed her pet growlithe that her father and brother gave her for her birthday. She is terrified of guns and has nightmares of losing her pokemon. She never got over that night.

Also I am looking to do a plot with the Julius story about burning down the forest around Azalea town to get revenge. but doesn't due to being stopped by people.
